Cookie Dough Dip

I have to say that this recipe surprised me,it’s so tasty. I had seen it on Pinterest and had pinned it thinking I would get back around to making it. (Yeah right.) Well my wife went to book club a couple of weeks ago and someone there had brought it and she fell in love with it. So she decided to make it for us and we all fell in love with it. My favorite thing to dip in it are Ritz crackers. They cut the sweet with that buttery salty goodness. You could dip pieces of tire in this stuff and it would taste great. I know you will enjoy it.

Cookie Dough Dip

Adapted from Addapinch.com and Pinterest.

1 8oz. package cream cheese (not the reduced fat cream cheese, gives the wrong consistency)

1/2 C. butter

1 C. powdered sugar

2 T. brown sugar

1 1/2 t. vanilla

1 C. mini chocolate chips

1 C. toffee bits

Directions

Cream together cream cheese and butter.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined.

Serve with graham crackers, Ritz crackers, or apple wedges.

Is there some reason the word “ever” is misspelled in your website name? Maybe you have a good reason.

I have never gotten that question. There are a few reasons, one, bestrecipesever.com was taken. And second I had a friend that always said “That is or was the best ______ EVAR!!!” fill in the blank with whatever you want. I always got a chuckle out of it so when I was searching for a good domain name and saw that bestrecipesever.com was taken I remembered my friend and Best Recipes Evar was born. Thanks for the question Marilyn!

Marilyn, you must have better things to do with your time than trolling around the internet looking for spelling mistakes and commenting on them. If it bothered you so much, maybe you could fork up some dough so Lee can try to purchase the domain name that you think he should have. I’m sure it would only set you back tens of thousands of dollars and then you could sleep better at night knowing that you have saved us all from the impending doom that comes with websites/words that have a uniqueness to them.
